Bury Tomorrow “The Union Of Crowns” (2012 Nuclear Blast-)
Bury Tomorrow are for sure a genuine band with an original record in modern metalcore landscapes: “The Union Of Crowns” (July 2012, Nuclear Blast Records) is full of melody, starting with good guitars ending with memorable vocal parts. Powerful breakdowns are always there as tradition, anyway I would consider this work “melodic metalcore”; the contrast between heavy and calm tones seems to be the perfect quality of “The Union Of Crowns”. The opposites are kept together with a perfect balance; “The Union Of Crowns” is about simple parts well played sounding highly superb and professional; at the end that’s the best way for a kick ass record. Aren’t you? Fashion and commercial stuff are always there in such records (like this one), anyway this is a particular, hard, granitic work, from UK! Rock, metal and excellent production, still here?
Move your ass, pick it up!
